Go Out and Lead Strategically
It's okay to dream, but where do dreams get you? Students should learn to set goals and plan strategically to reach those goals. As student leaders, it is imperative that they acquire the skills needed to successfully do this. Goal orientedness is a personality trait that could take someone from ordinary to extraordinary. In this hour-long interactive session, students will learn to follow the mantra “Speak what you seek until you see what you said.” Students will also learn creative ways to list their goals and will have opportunities to create their own personal strategic plans to achieve them.
The Caterpillar Mentality

The main objective of this session is to help students understand “Where I am now, is not where I will be.”
